We will endeavour to despatch your order within 24 working hours, but please allow up to 14 working days for delivery. Should there be any problem with your order we will contact you. If your order is urgent and you have a deadline, let us know and we will do our very best to make sure your order is with you in time.

Standard UK delivery is FREE on orders over £25.

If your basket value is below £25, standard UK delivery is £4.00

Should you need your order sooner, we also offer next day UK delivery for £6.00.

Washi Tape Joy is unable to accept any returns or exchanges without the original proof of purchase. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after buying your item to request a return. 

To start a return, please contact us at liuyinjiwen0627@outlook.com. After receiving approval from Washi Tape Joy, the item needs to be posted back to us within 14 days along with the proof of purchase. The item must be unused in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Washi Tape Joy is not responsible for any return postage costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part of a defective item. We recommend that you obtain a tracking number and insurance from your courier/delivery service in case the package you are returning is lost or damaged.

Once you have found the item(s) that you wish to purchase, simply click on the product image or title to visit the product page and find all the information you may need. Once you’re happy, click on the ‘Add to basket’ button you see in this page and the item will be added to your basket.

Your basket is permanently on the top right of your screen and it’s constantly updated so that you can check it. You can continue shopping and add as many items as you want to your basket before checking out.

When you are ready to complete your order, click on your basket (top right of the screen) and choose between ‘View Basket’ (if you want to see a summary of your order, or you’ve got a coupon to use) and ‘Checkout’ (if you prefer to skip the summary and proceed straight to the checkout process).
